Shipping & Delivery At this time, shopdales.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. Delivery times will vary by shipping choices made by consumer and stock availability. In addition to the up to 3 business days for processing of instock orders, US Mail control the time is transit. We reserve the option to adjust the shipping method when it is in the benefit of the consumer for speed of delivery.
Return Information
We understand that things happen. Parts are mistakenly ordered, you end up not needing what you thought or something doesn't fit. Not a problem! We always do our best to satisfy our customers return requests. Here’s a few things to help ensure your return process goes smoothly.
- Any new, un-used, un-mounted and unaltered item can be returned within 15 days of receipt.
- Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
- Returns must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (R.M.A.) number referenced. We reserve the right to refuse returns missing an R.M.A. number.
- Original freight charges will not be credited, and we are not responsible for return shipping charges.
- Returns require proof of purchase by referencing a valid Sales Order number or Invoice number.
- Custom made or clearance items are not returnable.
- If you have purchased from other website, please contact them directly, only items that were purchased on this website can be returned using this form.
